Applauds! 2008 is October 1st

Save the date and join us as Madonna Manor Applauds! the 2008 recipient of the Sister Benedict Bunning Award.

The award, named for Madonna Manor founder Sister Benedict Bunning, is presented annually to a community leader who lives a life of exceptional service to the community and embodies both the Benedictine values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice held dear by Sr. Benedict and our Franciscan values of Reverence, Service and Stewardship.

In addition to honoring the annual recipient of the Sr. Benedict Bunning Award, Applauds! supports benevolent care. Madonna Manor’s Benevolent Care Fund provides support for residents in personal and nursing care whose financial resources are exhausted. The Fund, established by Sr. Benedict, brings much peace to residents and their families – to know that even when financial resources are gone, they or their loved ones will always have a home at Madonna Manor.
